With a deep-rooted foundation in the engineering and construction industry, WM grew up immersed in the trade, gaining first-hand experience on-site from an early age. This grounding in practical craftsmanship, combined with formal training in business administration, equips him with the rare ability to bridge operational precision with strategic oversight.

Project Manager/WSHO
Ben Chua
With nearly 40 years of on-site experience, Ben has led the execution of numerous high-profile Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects across complex and high-risk environments.
Dedicated to continual growth, Ben is a certified MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and is also trained in the design and implementation of scaffolding systems. He plays a key role in enforcing safety compliance on-site, ensuring alignment with ISO 45001 standards and BizSafe Star requirements.
Having worked extensively in high-risk settings such as refineries and large-scale construction sites, he brings deep practical knowledge of safety management—especially in critical areas like working at height. His vigilance and hands-on expertise help maintain a safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant work environment.
Construction Manager/Civil and Structural Engineer
Hnin Hnin Aye
With over 12 years of hands-on experience in civil and structural works, Hnin has grown into a highly capable leader who oversees projects from concept to completion. Her expertise spans meticulous planning, technical coordination, and stakeholder management—ensuring every detail aligns with project goals and client expectations.
Hnin excels in facilitating clear communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams, fostering strong collaboration and alignment at every stage. Her practical knowledge of site operations, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, allows her to swiftly address challenges and keep projects on track.
She is adept at managing budgets and timelines, consistently delivering results in high-pressure environments. Committed to safety and quality, Hnin ensures that every project not only meets regulatory requirements but also upholds the highest standards of excellence.
Having contributed to large-scale, multimillion-dollar civil and structural projects, Hnin brings both strategic oversight and on-the-ground insight to every initiative she leads.
In-Situ Concrete Specialist
Sek Choon Wei
With over 40 years of dedicated experience, Wei is a trusted specialist in in-situ concrete works, including rebar installation, formwork, and concrete casting. His deep site knowledge and technical precision ensure quality and consistency across all structural elements.
In the face of changing climate conditions—from unpredictable rainfall to extreme heat—Wei prioritises site safety and worker well-being, maintaining high standards even under pressure.
A key member of the team, Wei’s expertise contributes directly to the delivery of durable, high-performance structures built to meet rigorous industry standards.
Project Engineers
Our project engineers are the technical backbone of every build. They coordinate between design and execution, ensuring that engineering plans are implemented accurately, safely, and efficiently. From managing timelines to solving on-site challenges, they play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.
Quantity Surveyor/Civil and Structural Engineer
Drawing on more than 10 years of experience, Theint plays a crucial role in keeping projects financially sound and contractually secure. With expertise in cost estimation and tender preparation and evaluation, she ensures that every proposal is both competitive and aligned with project requirements.
Skilled in variation order assessment and contract administration, Theint safeguards the project’s commercial interests while maintaining fairness and transparency in all dealings.
Working closely with procurement teams, she streamlines procurement coordination, ensuring materials and services are sourced efficiently and cost‑effectively.
Theint also manages monthly progress claims and payments, providing accurate reporting and maintaining healthy cash flow for ongoing works. Through meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills, she helps to deliver projects that are not only on time and on budget but also commercially sustainable.
Project / BIM Coordinator
Shawn Wong Zhi Jie
Upon learning of the concept of Design Twice, Build Once using 3D modelling software during his studies, Shawn began his career in the BIM field, pursuing a deeper understanding of modelling in the construction space and its coordination. Shawn continues to pursue growth by broadening his knowledge of project coordination in the renovation and construction field.
With experience in BIM modelling and coordination, along with on-site coordination, Shawn is known to be open-minded and flexible, but still maintain and eye for detailing and compliances to client and authority requirements.
Working closely with both the office and site teams, he conduits the information between the two. This fosters an efficient and collaborative working environment, thus ensuring critical information and updates are transmitted in a timely fashion.
BIM Modeller / Drafter
Khaing Mar Lin
Mar Lin brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in drafting and modelling for large-scale projects in Singapore, including commercial developments, training camps, data centres, and multi-mission range complexes.
With a strong foundation in design from her diploma in Machine Tools and Design and a Master of Science in Mathematics, she applies precision and technical expertise in every aspect of her work.
She is proficient in Revit and Navisworks for BIM coordination and model management. Her adaptability, attention to detail, and collaborative nature make her a valuable asset to any project team.
Electrical Engineer / M&E Coordinator
With a strong foundation in electrical design and development, Aung More than 12 years of experience, precision, and innovation to every project. From early-stage planning to on-site installation and final commissioning, he ensures that every electrical system meets both operational requirements and regulatory standards.
Skilled in maintenance and troubleshooting, Aung is known for quickly identifying issues and implementing reliable solutions to minimise downtime. Committed to safety and compliance, he strictly adhere to industry protocols while fostering a culture of accountability on-site.
Collaborative and communicative, Aung works closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to deliver projects efficiently, on time, and with lasting impact.
Operation Team Supervisors
Our site supervisors are seasoned foremen whose expertise drives day-to-day site operations. With years of hands-on experience, they lead work crews, coordinate tasks, and uphold strict safety and quality standards. Their deep technical knowledge and practical leadership ensure that every project progresses smoothly, efficiently, and to specification.
Steel & Structural Work
Sakil is a dedicated Site Supervisor who excels at leading, motivating, and coordinating operation teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day site activities. With strong technical welding skills and proven supervisory capabilities, he brings 12 years of experience in both hands‑on expertise and effective leadership to every project.
Trained to supervise construction work with a focus on Workplace Safety and Health, Sakil upholds rigorous standards to create a secure and productive environment for his team.
Having completed the Construction Safety Orientation Course, he ensures all site operations remain fully compliant with safety regulations while maintaining high‑quality workmanship throughout each phase of construction.
Electrician
Amin brings 14 years of experience a high level of technical expertise to every project. Proficient in electrical wiring installation, he ensures that all systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, he keeps projects running smoothly while safeguarding the rest of the team and processes on site.
Wet Works
Rajan is our resident hands‑on expert in waterproofing and wet works. Having worked in this industry for more than 23 years, he has acquired a strong grasp of safety regulations and multiple certifications, he ensures every task on site is carried out safely and efficiently.
He combines technical know‑how with proactive supervision to deliver quality finishes while keeping the team safe and compliant at all times, especially for the team who are working at heights.
